- private gallery of 35+ images of your pet from which you can create your a la carte product order directly online or meet with me to consult, so I can assist with your order.

I want you to have a fully customised experience where you end up with your perfect combination of prints and/ or other products which suit your needs and budget.

The session fee does not include any products, prints or digital images.

I am excited to offer not only single image prints and products of your loved one(s) but also something unique:

- a collage of photos of your choice for only $30 (incl. GST) per collage.

If you wish to have a collage, please contact me via phone or email, which photos you would like to have included. I will create a variety of up to 3 options from which you can chose.

- a mosaic portrait of your pet for only $70 (incl. GST).

For a mosaic portrait I will include all photos from our photo shooting. If you are interested in a mosaic, please contact me and I will upload a preview into your private gallery.

Once you are happy to go ahead, I will send an invoice and request payment before I release the products for printing.

Paper prints - standard sizes with your choice of finish:

Lustre:

Lustre is a premium finish on a heavier paper. It offers the vibrant colours of glossy with the fingerprint-resistant finish of matte. Printed on Kodak Supra Endura paper.

Glossy:

Glossy is a shiny finish and prints appear brighter than matte. Printed on kodak paper.      

Price: depending on size from $4 (4x6 inch) to $365 (30x40 inch).

Metallic:

Rich, distinctive metallic look with a huge WOW-factor. Printed on Kodak Endura Professional Metallic paper.

Wall art:

Canvas glicee from $224.  

Glicee’s are made with high-quality archival inks on fine art papers using a high-resolution large format inkjet printer. The premium inks produce images with smooth tones and rich colors, making these prints ideal for extraordinary presentations. The Giclée prints are made directly onto museum-quality canvas material, so prints will not separate over time. Protective spray coating is applied to the surface of each print to help prevent scratches and other damage.

Thin wraps - ready to hang from $177.  

Beautiful photo prints neatly wrapped around sturdy, 3/16" Gatorboard. Choose the perfect paper for your photo: metallic, lustre or giclee canvas. All papers come finished with a satin laminate for a soft, subtle glow. ThinWraps arrive ready-to-hang, backed with two 3/4" thick lightweight foam blocks with pre-drilled holes. Delivery terms:

I am using an US based quality lab for prints and products listed above. Your prodcuts will be packed within 2 days; add some shipping time to Australia of approximately 3-4 weeks.

shipping costs:

Packing costs and freight depends on type of product, weight and size.

GST and import duty:

Import tax on product value excl. shipping and insurance costs up to $1,000 are exempt from duty, GST and import processing charges.

Products purchased of greater than $1,000 attract 10% GST and customs duty of 5% at the Australian customs which will have to be paid by you.

Sales tax (GST) is 10% of customs value (Product + freight + duty if applicable).

Once you decided to you want some beautiful memories of your pet, please complete the booking form with your preferred date.

Time of the day and weather conditions:

The lightning is important to ensure I capture the best of your pet. The best soft, warm and vibrant colours will be guaranteed early in the morning until 2 hours after sunrise and 2 hours before sunset. We will keep an eye on the weather forecast as the natural light is crucial for my style of photography. The better the weather is on the day with lots of natural sunshine, limited cloud cover and calm conditions the better the outcome and look of your pet photographs. In case the weather is not optimal for the session, we will reschedule the photo shoot as early as the forecast allows it for no extra charge.

How to pay:

Once you booked a session and we both agreed to a date, you can pay the booking fee of $220 to my paypal account

In case you don't have a paypal account, please contact me and I will forward you the EFT payment details. The session fee is required to be paid in full before the photo shooting session.

Why to fill out the booking form:

The booking form asks you for some details of your pet. Please share your pet’s personality, appearance and any quirks as this will help me to plan for the photo shooting to bring the best out of your pet.

What to bring:

Bring any favourite toys of your dog and let’s play. I want your dog to feel comfortable and happy during the session.

Set your location:

Choosing the perfect location is crucial for great photographs. Together with you, we will work out the best place suitable for you and your pet. Any parks, forest, urban areas and beaches ensure fantastic backgrounds.

Get ready for the day:

The exciting day has come. Now it is time to enjoy the photo session. If your dog is very active, we will start with letting your dog run and play. I will take some action photos of your dog during that time. Once your dog is getting tired, I will capture some portraits of your loving pet. If your dog is shy and timid, we will go for a walk, chat around, so the dog gets used to me. I will work with your dog to capture their personality and unique character. You have nothing to do, just enjoy and be natural with your dog, chill out and relax. The more relaxed and natural you are, the better the photographs of your dog will be. If you want to have a photo of yourself and your dog, feel free. Anything goes.

Your private gallery:

After the session, I will edit up to 40 images and upload to a private photo gallery. During this process, I will upload some sneak peeks on Facebook and Instagram within a couple of days. So, watch out for this. Make sure you follow me on social media, so you do not miss these.

Prints and products ordered online using my website are shipped from a high quality lab in the USA. The prices of prints and products are in AUD. Orders below $1,000 are exempt from GST and import duty; however, 10% GST and 5% import duty will apply for orders greater than $1,000.

A true pro lab, Bay Photo offers pricing that includes hand color-correction of each print. Their experts will fuss over each order, ensuring superb color and consistency from print to print.

Most prints are carefully flat-packed—damage during shipment is almost unheard of. Any lustre, gloss, or metallic prints with a side 60" and over will ship in a tube. Metalprints over 30" x 45" are shipped in crates.

Return and refund policy:

Photography by AlexK sells only high quality products on the market. Your order will be paid online via credit card or paypal and then directly shipped to your delivery address.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, you may seek a refund if items:

- are or become faulty through no fault of your own  

- are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known

- do not match the description

- have defects that were not brought to your attention.

Photography by AlexK is unable to accept returns if you order the wrong size, cause damage by improper handling or you simply change your mind. All sales, including gift vouchers, are final.
